We are committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us first — we will do our best to make it right before any refund is considered.

01 Our Satisfaction Guarantee

TDM Digital Solutions offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our services. This means we will work with you through revisions and adjustments until you are satisfied with the deliverable, within the agreed scope of work.

We encourage all clients to communicate openly with us throughout the project so we can address concerns early and deliver exactly what you need.

02 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • We have not started work on your project within the stated timeframe and you wish to cancel
  • The delivered work substantially fails to meet the agreed specifications despite revision attempts
  • We are unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our end
  • A duplicate payment was made by error

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

03 Non-Refundable Situations

⚠️ The following situations are not eligible for a refund, regardless of circumstances.

  • Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope
  • The client has approved the work or requested it go live
  • Delays or issues caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, unresponsiveness)
  • A change of mind after work has commenced
  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome after all included revision rounds have been used
  • Third-party costs (domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock images)
  • Custom or enterprise projects where a separate contract is in place

04 Partial Refunds

In cases where work has partially commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed. The amount will be calculated fairly and communicated transparently.

Partial refunds are issued at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

05 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the following steps:

  • Email us at contact@tdmdigitalsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your order details, the service purchased, and the reason for your request
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • We may request additional information or offer to resolve the issue before processing the refund

06 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
  • We do not charge any fees for processing refunds

07 Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us directly to discuss further. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally.

We encourage clients to exhaust all direct communication channels before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, as chargebacks may result in the suspension of your access to our services.
