01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TDM Digital Solutions website and all services we provide. By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
02 Services
TDM Digital Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Landing page creation and funnel building
- E-commerce store setup and configuration
- SEO and digital marketing services
- Custom web application development
- Business automation and CRM integration
All services are provided as described on our pricing page. Custom or enterprise solutions are subject to separate agreements.
03 Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing
- For custom projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion
04 Delivery & Timelines
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed
- Timelines begin once we have received full payment and all required information from the client
- Delays caused by late client responses, incomplete briefs, or scope changes may extend delivery times
- We will communicate proactively about any delays that arise on our end
05 Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project information, content, and assets in a timely manner
- Responding to questions and review requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensuring all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Providing honest and constructive feedback during revision rounds
06 Revisions & Scope
- Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the package description
- Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope of work
- Requests that constitute new features, additional pages, or changes beyond the original scope may be quoted separately
- Additional revision rounds beyond what is included may be purchased at our standard rates
07 Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered work
- TDM Digital Solutions retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
- Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, themes) are subject to their respective licences
- We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or code frameworks used in the project
08 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or personal data to third parties except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDM Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10 Termination
- Either party may terminate an ongoing project with 7 days written notice
- In the event of client termination, fees for work completed up to that point are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to terminate a project immediately if the client engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour
- Upon termination, all deliverables completed and paid for will be handed over to the client
11 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by mediation or legal proceedings if necessary.
